Effective Date: January 1, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “the User”, “the Player”) and Maple Prize Room Inc. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a corporation registered in Canada. By accessing or using the website mapleprizeroom.com (the “Service”) or by creating a Player Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any provision in these Terms, you must not use the Service and should discontinue access immediately.
Use of Maple Prize Room is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
We may request proof of age, identity and residency at any time. If you fail to provide valid and satisfactory documentation (such as a Driver’s License or Passport), we may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending winnings in accordance with applicable law.
To purchase tickets through the Service, you must first register and open a Player Account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update your details whenever they change. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Player Account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances or bonuses may be cancelled.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (including your password and any security information) confidential. Any actions taken using your account will be treated as having been performed by you. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
If your Player Account shows no login activity or transactions for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, it may be classified as dormant. Maple Prize Room reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of $5.00 CAD to the remaining account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in or performing a qualifying transaction, subject to applicable law.
All ticket purchases are final once confirmed by our systems. After a ticket has been successfully generated and recorded, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended by the Player, except where required by law or explicitly stated in the relevant Game Rules.
Each lottery product offered through the Service (for example, Grand Lotto or other draws) is governed by its own Game Rules. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the applicable Game Rules in addition to these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the specific Game Rules, the Game Rules for that product will take precedence.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, interruption or software error that results in incorrect odds, prize values, draw results or ticket information being displayed or recorded, the affected bets and winnings may be declared void. In such cases, our liability will be limited to refunding the original ticket price or wager associated with the affected transaction, where required by law.
All payments to and from your Player Account are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Prizes of $1,000 CAD or less will normally be credited automatically to your Player Account following official validation of the draw results and completion of standard checks.
Prizes greater than $1,000 CAD may be subject to additional verification and claim procedures. You may be required to provide original identification documents, complete a Prize Release Form and, in some cases, attend our offices or another designated location for prize presentation. We may also be required to disclose certain winner information to regulators, in line with applicable rules.
No interest will accrue or be paid on balances held in your Player Account or on any unclaimed or pending winnings, regardless of the duration of time for which the funds are held.
Maple Prize Room supports responsible play and provides tools designed to help you manage your activity on the Service. These may include:
If we observe account activity that suggests potential gambling-related harm, we may, at our discretion and where permitted by law, apply additional limits or suspend your account to help protect you.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, cancellation of bets, and possible referral to law enforcement or regulators:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAPLE PRIZE ROOM INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING OTHER USERS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS; OR (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION, LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF, YOUR TRANSMISSIONS, DATA OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
All materials appearing on the Service, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, icons, images, user interfaces and software, are owned by Maple Prize Room Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law for personal, non-commercial use.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, regulatory requirements or the features of the Service. When changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page and adjust the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Service after such updates will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page regularly.
